FRANCESCA AMATO ARRAGON is an Italian artist, she was born in Verona, the 16th October of 1980 where she lives and works.

In 2009 during an adventurous journey, Francesca Amato Arragon and Ruggero Mantovani create FAARM. She is sculptor, photographer, writer; he is a video maker: the experiences of the two artists blend in a fusion of opposites and similarities. Nature, Transformations, the Human Being in relation to them become subjects of FAARM creations, in addition to the North African region and it’s changing..

2011: Francesca Amato Arragon and FAARM exhibit at the 54th Biennale of Venice.

FAARM è il gruppo artistico creato da Francesca Amato Arragon e Ruggero Mantovani, tra 2009. Lei è scultrice fotografa scrittrice. Lui video maker e regista. E’ durante un avventuroso viaggio in Marocco che i due autori creano FAARM, vero sodalizio artistico, alimentato da una visione comune e differente allo stesso tempo. Per questo, il Nord Africa ed i suoi cambiamenti diventano temi su cui FAARM si concentra; inoltre, osservano la Natura con le sue trasformazioni ed il rapporto dell’Uomo con queste. Il punto di vista è multiplo, ed unisce la visione intima e spontanea della Arragon a quella riflessiva e poetica di Mantovani. Ne risultano lavori che sono anche discussioni in movimento, conclusione e inizio allo stesso tempo. Insieme creano video, installazioni e progetti. Nel 2010 scrivono un film.
